On May 2, 2009, the Constituency for Africa’s Vice Chair, Jack Kemp, passed away after a battle with cancer. Mr. Kemp was an accomplished leader and very involved in African affairs. He also served on CFA’s Board of Directors for nearly 20 years. (more…)
